We’d like to extend our sincerest apologies for the recent technical issues your members may have experienced, including delays with handicap updates and difficulties connecting to HowDidiDo.
We understand how disruptive this can be for clubs and members alike. We’re pleased to confirm that connectivity has now been fully restored and handicap updates are functioning as normal. In addition, we’ve implemented several backend improvements to help prevent similar issues in future.
As part of ongoing improvements, some customers may already be aware but we're also preparing to launch a completely new and improved HowDidiDo app in the coming months, designed to deliver a faster, more reliable experience for all users.
We will share more exciting information about the new platform and how your members can access it in the near future.
