Dear Members,
We have many complaints about misuse of the BRS tee-sheet and wish to address this, initially at least, by requesting you to comply with the rules below. This will enable us to better manage the booking sheet , free up unused tee-times, identify members who regularly don't turn up and enable easier checking for compliance for general play rounds.
all members playing must have their name on the tee sheet, the "guest" option must only be used if there is a paying guest(s) in attendance.
members must used the "reserved" option if they do not wish others to join them*
members must cancel bookings if they are no longer playing
* we would request you use this judiciously, especially at busy times where tee-times are at a premium
