A huge thank you to all the members who played in yesterday’s Genus Cup competition. The sun shone, the wind blew, the course was in fine fettle, and great fun was had by all. Contesting a Ryder/Solheim Cup format of 6 holes of 4BBB, 6 holes of foursomes and 6 holes of singles, the men (Europe) battled valiantly against the women (United States). Sometimes this is a closely fought event - but not this year. The ladies hit the ground running and never looked back, with the final result being Ladies 29 points to the Men’s 19. Well done Team USA!

Special thanks to Marcella Tuttle for presenting the trophy, which was created by herself and her husband John Tuttle, who is sadly missed by all.
