Known issues that have been reported by us to Club Systems are:
1. Members are able to book further ahead than they should. Please don't take advantage of this as it will make work for us when we have to delete your bookings and let you know!
2. Members are getting a payment gateway pop up when making a booking. Please just click the back button for now and your booking will still be there. For flexible members we are still trying to work out whether it is still taking payment on booking or not but, if it has, it is shown on the booking.
3. The Book button on the app does not allow you to see competitions, and implies that there are none there. If you access competitions from the home screen or from the "Golf" screen you will see them.
4. If you use dark mode on your phone or iPad, you may not be able to see the text in articles or on tee sheet reservations! Simple solution for now is to switch off dark mode until they fix this.
5. The default setting on the new app is that you will receive no notifications. It is worth going into your Profile (top right on home screen) and selecting Preferences where you will discover a smorgasbord of options to tailor the things you are notified about.
If you find problems with the app you can feedback directly to Club Systems from the app using the link in the "Welcome to the New HowDidiDo" box. Alternatively, please email us on reception and we will accumulate and forward concerns.
We will keep you informed of progress on the bugs, hopefully we will see some rapid progress in the next few days.
