Dear Member,
The Club Management Team will be holding our Annual Meeting on Friday, 30th January.
It’ll be a relaxed, informative, and interactive evening where we’ll look back on 2025 and share our key plans for 2026. The team will also be around all evening, so feel free to grab a chat with us one-on-one. The feedback we will get during the feedback is really important to us.
For new members, it’s a great opportunity to get to know the club better and meet both the management team and our long-standing members.
Feel free to dress comfortably. Smart casual works well.

Honours Board Presentation with our Section Captains
4.30pm to 5.30pm: Recognising our amazing winners. Everyone welcome, but totally optional
Club Annual Meeting (presented by the Management Team)
5:45pm: Arrival – have a drink and enter our TARGET GAME!
6:10pm: Presentation of Cheque by Captains to Helpful Hounds Assistance Dogs
6:15pm: Review of 2025 business performance. What you are telling us and looking ahead - James Slade / Head Of Golf
6:45pm Clubhouse & Catering - John Searing / House Manager
7:00pm: Golf & Membership - Darrel Ranson / PGA Director Of Golf & Rob Doughty / Golf & Membership Manager
7:20pm: Club Captain – John Hutton
Club President Announcement – James Slade
7:30pm: DINNER
8:15pm: Golf Course - Sam Ewing / Course Manager
8:45pm: AOB
9:00pm: Join us for a refreshment!
Dinner
Slow-braised beef steak cooked in a rich Guinness and red wine jus, served on silky buttered mash, caramelised onions, mushrooms and sautéed tenderstem broccoli.
Pre-ordered vegetarian option available upon request.
