Dates: September 12th, 13th & 14th (Saturday – Monday)
Cost: £360 per person in a sharing twin room
Package includes:
- 2-night stay
- 3 rounds of golf
- 2 rounds on the Old Course
- 1 round on the Mathern Course
- Full English or continental breakfast each morning
- Three-course evening meal each night
- Full use of the leisure facilities throughout our stay
- 3 daily competitions and prizes
- Nearest the Pin prizes
- Overall winning team prizes

To guarantee your place on the Ryder Cup weekend away, please contact the Pro Shop and pay a £60 deposit as soon as possible. All deposits must be paid by the end of the day on Sunday 8th February.
Single rooms are available for a £120 per person supplement. Please let me know if you would like to reserve a single room.
Final balances can be paid at any time between now and 30th June. Any remaining balances will be collected on 1st July from your members’ card, so please ensure you have sufficient credit available.
If you would like to arrange a payment plan to make this trip more affordable between now and 1st July, please email me directly.

The event will follow The Ryder Cup format where two teams of 16 players will battle head-to-head over the weekend!
Team Europe Captained by Oakmere's 2026 Captain, Paul Harrington - boooooo!
Team USA Captained by the Director of Golf, Jamie Jarvis - wooohooooo!
Each Captain will draw teams from the pool of players 1 week before the event.
During the weekend, each Captain is responsible for producing their team pairings and playing order for each day.
These will be presented to the opposing Team Captain at dinner to form the matches and playing order for the next day.
3 rounds over the 3 days will be played and the match results decide the overall winning team.
Along with the team format there will also be a daily and overall singles Stableford, nearest the pins etc etc.
This is set to be an exciting and banter filled weekend. I hope to see lots of you there!
