Extraordinary General Meeting
Friday 20th February
The incorporation of the Club has recently been successfully completed - this marks an important milestone and provides a strong foundation for the Club’s future governance and development.
As part of this process, the next required step is to formally appoint 2 additional directors to the Board. As you may remember, those 2 roles are:
- Membership Director
- Risk & Compliance Director.
An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Club will be held on Friday 20th February 2026 at 7:00pm to elect members to these 2 positions.
