AGM Notice
In accordance with the Gosport & Stokes Bay Golf Club Constitution Issue 11, (dated June 2024), reference Section 18.
The AGM is to be held on Wednesday 18th March 2026 at 19:00 (7pm).
The Club Committee Nominations sheet is now on the noticeboard in the clubhouse corridor, for the following posts: Club Vice-Captain, Treasurer, Chairman of the Greens, Social Secretary and Juniors Secretary.
The 2026/27 Membership Proposal (see separate document in Cub V1 Documents folder 'AGM March 18th 2026'), if agreed, will require changes to the membership categories in the constitution. As some of the proposed increases and decreases exceed the current inflationary rate (3%), they will require approval before implementation.
Any items to be considered for inclusion on the AGM agenda must be submitted in writing to the Club Committee at least 10 days prior to the date of the AGM.
The 2025 AGM minutes are available on the noticeboard in the clubhouse corridor and in the Club V1 Hub under the Club Documents folder.
