Change to Local Rule F
The words “All out of bounds posts” have been removed from the list of immovable obstruction in local rule F, as this is incompatible with the rules of Golf.
Clarification MLR A4
There is NO FREE RELIEF from the out of bounds posts to the left of the first Tee, when playing the first hole.
When playing any other hole on the course, the out of bounds posts to the left of the first Tee, are classed as immovable obstructions, and free relief is available when they interfere with a player’s swing or stance. There is no relief from line of site
There is NO FREE RELIEF from any other out of bounds posts on the course
