THIS WEEKEND
This Saturday sees the Spring Gents Pairs taking place. It is an all-day roll-up, play anytime. It’s £10 per pair, pay in the pro-shop, off yellow tees, 85% allowance, there is placing and it is a qualifier.
Also on Saturday is the final of the Winter League, where Joe Sheldon and Paul Devereux take on Gareth Thompson and Colin Slater. There is the usual accompanying bash supporting the final.
You have the option of playing in the pairs, bash or both as long as you hole out.

This is the April Medal which will be played early due to Easter being the following week.
This is the last two day Medal and is £5 to enter including twos, play at any time. White tees, 95% allowance, placing and it is a qualifier.
THE FOLLOWING WEEK IS EASTER.
The Friday Bash starts on Good Friday April 3.
The Easter Challenge is on Easter Saturday April 4. It’s a DRAWN COMPETITION so get your names on the sheets in the locker rooms. It will close on Wednesday April 1 at noon.
It’s £5 to enter with an additional £1 for twos. It’s a one day qualifying competition played off white tees with 95% allowance. There will still be placing as the links fairways are being overseeded and this will remain in place until further notice.
On Easter Sunday April 5, there is a mixed event, format to be decided, and there is an entry sheet in the locker rooms. 24 men are required.
Easter Monday, April 6, sees the Bank Holiday Stableford, incorporating the Clay Cup for over 55’s. If you’re 54 or under you can enter the Stableford and those 55 or over can enter either one or both. Decide when you pay in the pro-shop.
It’s £5 for each competition, with £1 for twos. It will be played off whites, off 95% allowance, it’s a qualifier and there is placing.
This is another DRAWN competition and will close to entries on Easter Saturday at 3pm.
General Play cards.
The PSI Machine and England Golf access for inputting general play cards will be turned on later this week, now the weather has turned and maintenance projects have been completed.
