On Monday the 27th, Longcliffe’s Past Captains travelled to Lingdale to play for the Past Captains Trophy. With the match all square at two games each, it came down to the final pairing. Rich Wells and Mark Bailey won the 18th hole to finish 1-up, securing a 3–2 victory for Longcliffe and retaining the trophy.
