All, The Mixed Member & Guest Day took place on Saturday 13th June. On a showery and bluster day, with the course in fantastic condition, 58 pairs competed for the McAllister Salver and a wide range of competition and on-course prizes. The winners, with an excellent better ball Stableford score of 43 pts, were Robert Stewart (M) and Gareth Pearson (G), pipping David Fountain (M) and David McCaig (G) on a better last six holes. Scott Conway and Dean Jardine finished third on 42 pts beating Irene MacLean and Andrew Hutchison on a better inward half. Susan McGrenagan (G) returned the best scratch score with a 2 over par round of 72, just 1 shot off the ladies course record. Gianni Martinkovic (M) returned the best Gents scratch score, 3 over par with a solid 69. Council thanks the organising team, bar and catering staff, pro-shop, and green staff for their contribution to a highly enjoyable day.
