Welsh Men's Senior Championship
Clyne Golf Club’s Neil Roderick proved unstoppable once again and, following a 2-hole playoff, successfully defended his crown at the Welsh Men’s Seniors Closed Championship last week.
Aberdovey was proud to see strong representation at the event, with five of our members teeing it up in the championship. Three players were placed in the top 60 and made it through to the final round cut, with Nigel Chesters finishing tied 4th overall and winning his age category.

Competitors and officials were full of praise for the condition of our course which, despite the weather, played well and looked fabulous.
