Ladies Retain the Section Shield !
Ladies retained the 2026 Section shield after tying on points with the Mens Section ! !
Sunday 19th July saw the annual Section Shield competition where 4 Ball groups with a member from each section battle it out for points for their Section. (Ladies (49) , Mens (49), Juniors (44) and Seniors (39))
This year saw another fantastic day of friendly competition culminating in a dramatic finish.
With the Ladies and Mens teams tied on 49 Points (after countback too) the Ladies in true golf tradition retain the trophy as last years holders !
