Two aces in the same group on the 9th!
John Horsfield and Richard Bond ace together!
For an average golfer, getting a hole-in-one is a 12500 to 1 chance. Getting two aces in the same group on the same hole is 17million to 1! That’s what happened on Monday 27th July in the CADS three clubs and a putter competition on the Links 9th hole.
John Horsfield holed a 7 iron followed in by Richard Bond with a 5 wood – both watched by David Platt and Dave Caicedo. Who knows what the odds become if you only have 3 clubs to choose from!
