The cheque presentation to The Beatson
The Paterson family would like to thank all members, family and friends who supported their memorial golf event on Friday, 19 June 2026. Approximately 96 golfers from near and afar played Erskine Golf Club in the most appalling weather conditions in memory of former member, John Paterson. Because of the overwhelming support and generosity of so many people, the family is honoured to have presented a cheque to The Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre for £18,149.15. We have requested that this donation is earmarked for research towards finding a cure to this terrible disease which afflicts so many.
