Anonymity
Submissions from the survey are continuing to arrive so many thanks for your engagement in this process.
Just a quick note to advise the membership that any survey that is anonymous or uses a false name will not be included in the results. Members who have chosen to remain anonymous are invited to submit their responses once again if they wish for their thoughts to be considered.
The main reason the survey requires a name is so that multiple responses cannot be submitted from a single member under the blanket of anonymity. The survey asks members what drives satisfaction within their membership. All constructive answers are welcome.
It's important that members do not see the survey as an opportunity to deliver multiple answers and manipulate the data. This could lead the club down the wrong strategic path to the detriment of all.
