Booking opens: Friday 25th September at 9am How to book: Via the PSI screen or the ClubV1 app Please note: • This is always a very popular event and is expected to sell out quickly. • Entries must be booked as a team of four. Any incomplete groups may be filled by other members. To guarantee your preferred playing partners, please ensure you book a full team. • Players must have sufficient credit on their member card at the time of booking. • Cancellations: No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event. • In recent years, New Year’s Eve has been carry only. Please only book if you are happy to carry your clubs. • Six Card Rule: To be eligible to win any nett prizes, all players in the team must have a minimum of six handicap qualifying competition cards submitted in 202.6 We encourage members to ensure they meet this requirement this autumn, as it can be more difficult to obtain cards during the winter months. • A team can only win one prize. • Green fees are payable for the relevant members types • • Juniors: Any juniors entering must play in a team with at least 2 adults. Juniors prize money is capped at £10. The junior must have passed the relevant rules tests to participate. • The main course is closed exclusively for this event - there will be no regular members bookings. The Lodge Course is open as normal.
