As mentioned in the Notice & Agenda sent out last week, this year’s AGM will take place at 8pm on Thursday 5th November 2026 in the Clubhouse. Can I please ask that you support your Board and attend the AGM, if you possibly can.
After issuing the Notice of AGM in the required timescale, we are required to provide you with all of the supporting documentation for the AGM and as we want you to feel part of the process even if you cannot join in, we are providing the following documentation:-
1. Notice of AGM 2026
2. Minutes of the 2025 AGM
3. Chairman, Captains & Directors Reports of the Year
4. Finance Report
5. Approved Accounts for 2025/26
6. Special Resolutions 2026
7. Proxy Ballot Form PDF

Proxy Ballot Forms to be returned to the Club Office no later than 48 hours prior to the AGM (by post, electronically or by hand)
The Board are encouraging you to be involved even if you cannot be there by returning your Proxy Form.
